各地或各單位的文藝節(jié)目集中起來，單獨或同臺演出。具有匯報、互相學習、交流經(jīng)驗的作用。《花城》1984年第4期：“以師范學院為主的工農(nóng)兵學員業(yè)余匯演正在熱鬧地進行著。”
